We checked off some things on Chadwick's list with our freedom today...we got a group together to do a few things, then that group grew and grew. We are only allowed out with 5 people, with one male, so planning things is getting pretty complicated and frustrating. We find that we are wasting a lot more time trying to accommodate for so many people. It's ok though...we will take what we can get!
We went through Zedekiah's caves first. These caves were probably used for quarrying, but there are stories about hiding treasures and sneaking kings out to Jericho...either way they were cool.

Next! We did the Rampart's Walk. We paid 8 shekels ($2) to walk up on the wall around half of the Old City!! I loved it so much! I love the white limestone to start with, so there are a lot of white photos...but it was fun to see over to both sides of the city. We were able to see into schoolyards and backyards and onto roofs of homes. It was very interesting.
The center is so pretty at night.
